Owen Bulger is a Toronto-based guitarist, pianist, bassist, and educator whose musical versatility spans across genres like Rock, Jazz, and Singer-Songwriter music.
Originally from Newmarket, Ontario, Owen’s passion for music started early. He began playing piano at age 9 and guitar at age 12. By 17, he had moved to Toronto to further his musical education at Humber Polytechnic's Bachelor of Music program. There he was immersed in the works of legendary artists such as Grant Green, Wes Montgomery, Herbie Hancock and Bud Powell.
Since relocating to Toronto, Owen has performed at some of the city’s most iconic venues and events, including the Horseshoe Tavern, The Rex, The Rivoli, The Liberty Grand, NXNE Festival, and TU Jazz Fest.
