Celine is a Toronto-based musician and dedicated educator who teaches piano, voice, ukulele, and early childhood music classes. Known for her warm, energetic, and patient personality, she is passionate about making music education engaging, accessible, and inspiring for students of all ages. Celine designs innovative, age-appropriate lessons that integrate movement and interactive activities, helping students stay focused while building confidence in their musical abilities. Her teaching aligns with the Ontario Curriculum, guiding students to transcribe rhythms and pitches, create and perform music, and reflect on their own musical journey.
As a performer, Celine is an accomplished trombonist who actively plays with jazz orchestras, concert bands, symphonic orchestras, and jazz combos. She is also the bandleader and arranger for the Cityscape Jazz Orchestra and Kettleband, showcasing her leadership and creativity in large ensemble settings. Beyond performance, Celine has worked as a recording and mixing engineer on multiple projects, bringing a versatile perspective to both the stage and the classroom.
